We are open and operating like normal. And, yes! We are accepting new clients.

Getting Started with Green Touch Lawns FAQ
How can I request a lawn care quote?

How long does it take to receive a quote after requesting it?
We do our best to provide all quotes within 24 hours of receiving the request.
If we do not need to visit your property to create your quote, we usually provide these quotes on the same day they are received.
Satellite images allow us to quote several of our services without the need to visit the property. Sometimes knowing the location, measuring the property, and checking out the street view is enough for us to confidently provide an accurate quote remotely.
Is there any obligation after requesting a quote?
We simply want to provide you with our quote and answer any questions you may have regarding our services.
If everything sounds good to you. We’d love to get you on our schedule quickly.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards and this is our preferred way to be paid. You can pay your invoice online with us.
What if it rains?
We will notify you if there are any changes to your normal schedule due to the weather. It does happen since we work outdoors, but we are great about communicating any schedule changes to our clients so they are in the know.
Can my lawn be mowed on the same day each week?
Barring any changes in the schedule due to the weather, you can expect us to mow your lawn on the same day each week.
Questions Regarding Our Services
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we do.
If you are not happy for any reason, please let us know. If we can’t resolve your issue, we will issue a full refund.
Our #1 priority is customer satisfaction.
Can I just receive a single service?
We do not offer 1-time mowing services, but our services are available on an a la carte basis.
If you just want us to mow your lawn on a weekly basis, you do not need to also use another one of our lawn or landscape services.
The same goes for other services we offer. If you have the lawn mowing under control, we can just help out with the mulching for example.
What makes Green Touch Lawn Care different from the other lawn services in Charlotte?

Also, lawn services are notorious for being poor at communicating with their clients. We’ve put great effort into ensuring our clients can easily communicate with us by phone, email, or forms on our website.
If your service will be delayed because of recent rainfall, you will get a text or an email from us to let you know – your preference. These little things make a big difference according to our customers!
